I usually get all of my work done at Scarsdale Dental Smiles, and today I went in to get both of my wisdom teeth pulled, but when they had a little technical difficulty after they pulled the first one out, I was sent to this dental facility to get the other one pulled. It was the worst experience, ever. I was already nervous and uncomfortable about going to another dentist that I’ve never been to, but the process wasn’t any easier. The dentist was very rough, felt like everything was rushed. And to top it off, he started sewing up the side that was already sewn up by my dentist. But that wasn’t the problem, he didn’t even numb that side to make sure I didn’t feel pain. I was crying, squeezing my hands, turning my face away, and kicking a little to signal that I was in pain. He asked was I fine, and even when I said I wasn’t, he continued to sew. So AFTER the fact, he says he “forgot” and started to give me the injection after he was done. Which didn’t help. I had already been feeling the pain. My mom called up there as soon as I was home, because she seen how much pain I was in. They denied everything. So unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this facility, at all. That was my first, and very last time going.
